摘要
针对256×1长波红外焦平面器件工作原理和输出信号特点,从低噪声需求角度出发,阐述了长波红外焦平面器件信息获取电路设计过程。着重分析、并解决了信息获取电路如何降低硬件电路噪声问题,同时对硬件电路的噪声来源进行了分析与建模。实验结果表明,信息获取电路正常工作,整个信息获取电路的输入均方根噪声为0.13 m V,具有良好的噪声特性。
According to 256× 1 long-wave infrared focal plane array detector working principle and characteristics of the output signal, this paper elaborates LWlR detector information acquisition circuit design process from the perspective of low noise. The emphasis is to solve the problem of how to reduce the noise of the hardware circuit, and an accurate noise model is established. The experimental results show that the information acquisition circuit is in normal operation and the input noise of the whole circuit is 0.13 mV, which has good noise characteristics.
