摘要
探讨用水结构与产业结构的历史演变规律,对于实现区域水资源、生态环境和国民经济协调发展具有重要的战略意义。以山东省为例,基于信息熵和协调性分析两种方法计算了历年农业用水量、工业用水量和生活用水量演变规律及其均衡度值。结果表明,山东省用水结构均衡度近年来呈稳定的持续上升趋势,在工业、生活用水量比例稳步提高的同时,农业用水量逐步下降,用水结构向均衡的结构发展。但与发达国家和地区相比,该省总体用水结构目前依然偏于不合理,因此合理确定山东省用水结构是解决区域水资源配置问题的重要方向。
Study on the historical evolution of regional water consumption structure and industrial structure is very important for the realization of coordinated development of regional water resources,ecological environment and national economy.Taking Shandong Province as the case,based on the information entropy model,this paper analyzes the evolution and equilibrium value of agricultural water consumption,industrial water consumption and domestic water consumption over the years.The results show that the equilibrium value of water consumption structure of Shandong Province keep a steady upward trend in recent years.Agricultural water consumption gradually decreased when industrial and domestic water consumption ratio steadily increased.The water consumption structure trends to be balanced.Compared with the developed areas,the general water consumption structure is still relatively unreasonable.Therefore,scientifically determining the water consumed structure of Shandong Province is an important direction to solve the problem of optimal allocation of regional water resources.
