摘要
为提高核主泵的水力性能,从结构方面考虑,利用数值模拟方法对核主泵进行了全流道三维模拟仿真,研究了叶轮叶片数为5~9的叶轮内部流动特性,探讨了叶轮叶片数与叶片反击系数之间的联系,并分析其与叶片泵性能之间的关联。结果表明,叶轮叶片数适当增加,对提高叶片反击系数和泵的整体性能是有利的,而叶轮叶片数过多或过少均将引起叶片反击系数的下降。在叶轮叶片数为7时,叶片反击系数和效率均达到了最高值,对叶片泵的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。
In order to improve the hydraulic performance of nuclear pump,the numerical simulation technique is used to investigating the internal flow characteristics of impeller.Considering the structure,the internal and external characteristics of the pump which have 5-9blades of impeller are studied.The influence of impeller blades' number on reaction coefficient is discussed.The results show that the reaction coefficient and the overall performance of the pump can be improved by increasing the impeller blades.But the research shows that too little or too much impeller blades will reduce the reaction coefficient of blades.The reaction coefficient and efficiency reach the highest point when the number of impeller blades is 7.The results are valuable reference for the optimization of the vane pump.
