On the Police Modernization in the Process of National Governance

随着我国民主政治社会的发展,国家在治理模式、治理主体和治理重心等方面都经历了一个不断发展变化的过程。在此背景下,警务现代化作为国家治理进程中变革的一项重要组成部分,在警务内涵、警务形式和警务职能重心等方面亦进行了相应的变化与发展,实现了与治理进程的契合。随着国家治理进程的推进,警务现代化需要在警务理念、警务主体与警务方式上做出进一步的变革与完善。

With the development of democratic and political society in our country,China has been experiencing some changes in national governance mode,governance subject and governance core. Under this background,as an important part of the national governance reform,the police modernization has made corresponding adjustments,which agrees with the governancereform,in the aspects of police connotation,form and major functions.With the promotion ofnational governance,it is believed that the police modernization should be further improved in policing concept,policing subject and policing style.
