The Orientation Analysis on Decision-making Thinking and Value in Commanding Police Actual Combat

决策思维的基本范畴是对决策活动的深刻认识和本质概括,反映了决策活动的本质及内在联系。决策思维的逻辑结构,反映了决策思维基本范畴之间的相互关系及决策制定的逻辑过程。在各类警务决策活动中,除了必须充分考虑事实因素之外,还存在着影响决策者做出决策的另一类因素——"价值因素"。事实因素、价值因素在确定决策目标、制订决策方案以及评价选择行动方案的过程中,各自发挥不同的作用,少数价值因素会在其中起着根本性的导向作用。

Basically,decision-making thinking reflects one＇s deep understandings of decision-making activities and its nature,and reveals the essence and the inner link of such activities. The logical structure of the decisionmaking thinking tells the relationship between those basic thinking categories and logic process of decision-making.In all kinds of police decision-making activities,in addition to the factor of facts,the ＂ values factor＂ must be taken into account at the same time. These two factors play different roles in determining the decision-making objectives,plans and evaluation system,with value factors being a fundamental guiding one sometimes.
