医学院校不同专业新生心理健康状况比较分析 被引量:1

Comparative studies of the mental health status of freshmen from different majors of medical universities

摘要 采用大学生人格问卷(UPI)调查了某医学院校1 079名本科新生的心理健康状况,发现不同专业学生心理健康状况存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。数据分析显示,性别和录取专业满意度等因素对学生心理健康状况也会产生一定的影响。基于此,提出应根据不同专业有针对性地开展心理知识教育、提高心理疏导能力、创新朋辈辅导帮扶、减少异常心理发生和促进心理健康成长的"学校—学院(系、部)—班级—宿舍—学生个人"的五级网络心理健康教育对策。 The mental health status of 1079 freshmen in a medical university was investigated by University Personality Inventory(UPI).It was found that there is significant difference in aspect of mental health status among students from different majors(P<0.05).The analysis of the data shows that some factors,such as the student's gender and major satisfaction also affect the mental health status of students.Based on this conclusion,aparticular five-level education countermeasure,called 'SchoolCollege(Department)-Class-Dormitory-Individual',which takes different majors into account,is suggested to improve the students' mental health level.The five-level countermeasures may include:providing necessary psychological knowledge to students,enhancing the ability of psychological counseling,innovating peer-support assistance,trying to reduce the occurrence of abnormal psychology,and finally promoting the students mental health status.
