摘要
本文分析了提升机钢丝绳的主要故障种类和原因,根据分析结果,建立了由5个逻辑或门和8个底事件所构成的故障树。通过对故障树的定性和定量分析,找到了导致钢丝绳故障的原因,计算出了故障率,并根据分析结果提出了一些具有针对性的故障判断、检修方案,以提高设备的可靠性。
The main failure types and causes of the lifting machine steel wire rope were analyzed in this paper, According to the results of the analysis, the fault tree that composed of five logic or gate, eight of bottom events was established. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree, find the resulting in wire rope system failure, the failure rate is calculated, and according to the analysis results, some fault judgment, the maintenance program were put forward, which improve equipment reliability.
