摘要
寺家庄煤业公司采用大功率岩巷掘进机综掘作业,同比普掘作业,各项进尺指标均有明显提高。每班节省工数6个,比炮掘巷道每月多完成27.48m进尺,工人劳动强度、安全性以及巷道成形都有了很大改观,支护质量有了明显的提高,材料消耗节省了1/3。同时简化了生产系统,降低了事故率,更有利于生产管理。
Compared to the general digging, the use of the high power rock driving machinery in Si Jia Zhuang coal company, the footage indexes were has improved significantly. Each shift save six labors, monthly completed 27.48m footage, workers labor intensity, safety and fully mechanized roadway forming are greatly improved, the support quality is improved obviously, material consumption saving 1 / 3.
