摘要
钢丝绳芯胶带输送机被广泛应用于煤矿生产当中,但胶带纵撕事故频繁发生,给煤矿带来了较大的经济损失及重大的安全隐患。本文通过对纵撕发生的原因分析及现有的保护方式的讨论,提出一种新型的保护原理,希望对解决此类问题有所帮助。
The wire rope conveyor is widely used in the production of coal, but the frequent occurrence of belt longitudinal tear accident has brought great economic losses and significant security risks to the coal mine. In this paper, through the analysis of the causes of longitudinal tearing and the existing protection methods, a new type of protection principle was put forward, and hope to help to solve this kind of problem.
