在16煤层工作面采掘施工期间,受上覆12下煤层采空区积水和16煤层的底板含水层水的威胁,通过在采区底部布置专用泄水巷,进行自流疏导工作面老塘的涌水,从根本上消除了深部16煤层采掘工作面受突水威胁的安全隐患,又可节约工作面日常排水的费用投入。
