摘要
通过对煤炭企业档案服务工作存在的问题进行分析,从提高档案人员服务意识和创新服务方式等方面对如何做好煤炭企业档案服务创新工作进行了探讨。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems of archives service work of coal enterprises, the improvement of the innovation of archives service work of coal enterprises was discussed from improving the archives staff service consciousness and service innovation ways.
