基层检察文化建设应大兴“五风”

“Five Ways” Should be Advocated for the Cultural Construction of Grassroots Procuratorate

检察文化具有多项功能,是检察事业不断发展的重要力量源泉。基层检察文化建设应大兴"五风",即兴崇尚法治之风,做法治理想的忠实追随者;兴守法护法之风,做社会主义法治事业的建设者和捍卫者;兴为民爱民之风,做司法为民的勤务员;兴务实清廉之风,做一身正气、两袖清风的好干警;兴调查研究、创作创新之风,做学习型、研究型检察官。同时,应加强检察宣传工作。

Procuratorate culture has multiple functions. It is an important source of strength for the continuous development of procuratorial work. ＂Five ways＂ should be advocated for the cultural construction of grassroots procuratorate, namely the way to promote respect for the rule of law with efforts to be faithful followers of ideal of rule of law; the way to promote law-abiding law enforcement style, trying to be the socialist builders and defenders of the rule of law; the way to promote honesty and integrity, doing upright and uncorrupted good judicial officers; the way to advocate caring for the people, practicing justice for the people of the servants;way to promote learning, encouraging research, innovation and creation. Procuratorate publicity work should also be strengthened.
