辨认检验与视频中嫌疑人的同一认定

On the Identity of the Suspect in the Video with Identification Testing

对视频中的嫌疑人与已经抓获的嫌疑人进行同一认定是目前影像检验鉴定工作的重点。传统的技术手段对此难以发挥有效作用。笔者认为可以尝试采取一种新的工作思路,摒弃之前普遍采用的比对检验方法,通过对视频中嫌疑人的辨认来进行同一检验鉴定,从而解决实践中面临的诸如区分双胞胎一类的挑战性难题。

It is the most important work to identify the suspect in surveillance video with the captured suspect in image ident ification testing, which is beyond the capability of traditional investigation techniques. This paper presents a new way of thinking, which advocates identifying the suspect in video and abandons the commonly used way of comparing, hoping to tackle difficulties in practice such as identification of twins.
