废树脂等离子体焚烧固化用玻璃配方的高温粘度特性研究

摘要 本文分别对废树脂的优化配方基础玻璃和优化配方废物玻璃进行了高温粘度特性研究。实验结果表明:在高温区内,两种配方玻璃的粘度变化均符合粘度-温度近似方程的关系规律。所得方程可计算出相应配方玻璃的熔化温度、成形操作温度、软化温度,为等离子体高温焚烧台架的优化设计及工程应用提供了关键参考依据。
