儿童室间隔缺损修补术140例

Corrective Surgery of Ventricular Septal Defects in Children (A Report of 140 Cases)

本文报告我院自1980年1月至1986年12月为14岁以下患儿施行室间隔缺损修补术140例。Dacron补片修补43例,直接缝合97例。全组死亡率3.6％,直接缝合死亡2％,Dacron补片修补死亡7％。本文着重讨论膜周室缺修补时避免损伤传导束的重点,合并右室流出道狭窄的诊断与处理和不同经路修补室间隔缺损的优缺点。

From Jan. 1980 to Dec, 1986, 140 corrective operations for VSD were performed in childhood under 14. Types of VSD in this series were perhnembranous defects 116 (82.9), muscular septal defectc 18 (12.8) and subarterial infundibular defects 6 (4.3). The operative approache in 34 cases were through the right atrium, 97 cases through right ventricle and 7 cases through right atrium and ventricle. The surgical procedures employed in this series of patients included, simple repair in 97 cases, Dacron patch repair in 43 cases. Five cases died postoperatively with an operative mortality of 3.6％. The protection of the conductive bundle tissue, the diagnosis and management of VSD and the advantages of the atrial and ventricular incision were disscussed.
