PBL教学模式在肿瘤外科临床教学中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 目的评价以问题为导向的教学模式(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)在肿瘤外科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法以2014年1月~2015年12月年在首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院结直肠外科参加外科住院医师规范化培训的住院医师为研究对象,分为采用PBL教学模式的研究组(n=32)和接受传统临床教学方法(Lecture-Based Learning,LBL)的对照组(n=32)。结果采用PBL教学模式的研究组的理论考核和操作考核均优于采用LBL教学法的对照组,差异具有统计学意义。采用PBL教学模式的研究组更能激发学习兴趣,提高逻辑思维能力、学习能力和创新能力,增强团队协作意识,教学满意度较高。结论不论是对临床专业知识的理论掌握还是临床实践操作考核,PBL教学模式都优于LBL传统的教学模式。
