摘要
生理学中对机体正常功能状态的研究是病理生理学研究疾病发生发展机制的重要基础,对于理解一种疾病的发生机制和发展过程有着重要意义,而病理生理学又为药理学研究药物作用靶点以实现某药物对一种疾病的治疗效用提供了理论基础。三者联合,为一线临床疾患诊治工作提供理论支持和指导。以血钾异常为例论述生理学、病理生理学和药理学之间的密切联系及三者对临床诊疗的指导意义,从而表明联系医学基础功能学科对于医学基础教学的重要性,及对临床专业学生理论知识体系建立的重要性。对医学基础学科教学整体性进行探索。
The investigation of the common function in physiology is an important basis for the study of nosogenesis and progress inpathophysiology. It has great significance to comprehend how or why a species of disease to happen and develop. At the same time, the research mechanism of the pathophysiology can provide the rationale, which could make the drug's treatment come true. Combination of the three subjects, they provide the theoretical support and guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatments. This summary discusses the close links of physiology, pathophysiology, pharmacology and their instruction to clinical diagnosis and treatment through an example of serum potassium change. The paper demonstrates the importance of contacting basic medical functional disciplines for education and the establishing theoretical knowledge hierarchy for clinical studying.
