急性脑梗死针灸治疗中临床应用效果评价

目的分析急性脑梗死针灸治疗中临床应用效果。方法选择我院2014年9月~2015年8月收治的80例急性脑梗死患者作为观察对象,根据患者的病历号尾数的奇偶分为治疗组40例和参照组40例。两组患者均采取常规的西医治疗;治疗组患者在此基础上应用针灸干预。以2周作为一个治疗周期,对两组患者治疗后的全血高切黏度、血浆黏度等指标进行统计。结果治疗组患者的总有效率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;同时,治疗组患者的全血高切黏度、血浆黏度等指标均优于参照组,差异同样具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急性脑梗死患者应用针灸治疗的效果好,能够显著改善患者血液流变学指标。

Objective To analyze clinical application effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Conclusion Patients with acute cerebral infarction acupuncture and moxibustion treatment effect is good, can significantly improve the indexes of blood rheology in patients with, has higher application value.
