运用大数据思维改进干部考核评价方式的思考 被引量:1

摘要 考核评价对领导干部起着重要的导向、鞭策和激励作用。随着大数据时代的到来,本文提出在干部基本信息的基础上,构建"1+4"干部大数据;通过深度挖掘,探讨干部大数据与干部"德能勤绩廉"的相关性;指出基于大数据的干部考核评价更具全面性、客观性和实时性,是传统考核评价方式的有益补充。
