摘要
为真正实现废弃电器电子产品从源头上直接流向正规回收处理企业,一种被称为"互联网+"的废弃电器电子产品回收模式应运而生。本文在对目前我国废弃电器电子产品回收现状、存在问题分析的基础上,提出对废弃电器电子产品实施"互联网+回收"创新模式的必要性和可行性。在构建废弃电器电子产品"互联网+回收"模式结构模型及三种具体实现途径的基础上,进一步指出实施"互联网+回收"模式较传统回收模式存在的显著优势,为我国正规回收处理企业获取更多地废弃电器电子产品回收量提供新的决策思路和操作模式。
In order to make the formal recovery processing enterprises obtain all of the waste electrical and electronic equipment（ WEEE） from the consumer,a recycling mode called ＂Internet ＋ ＂came into being. By analyzing the present suitation of Chinese WEEE recycling,the recycling modes and the existing problems related with WEEE recycling,the paper believes putting the＂Internet ＋ Recycling＂mode of WEEE into effect is necessary and feasibly. Based on the frame model and the three specific realization approches of how to implement the new mode,it indicates that the new mode obviously bears remarkable advantages over the traditional ones,which will offer a great help for the formal recovery processing enterprises to obtain more WEEE in future.
