One night six or seven years ago, while I was having dinner with several friends at Makye Ame Tibetan Restaurant in Beijing, the house String (a bowed string instrument, also known as the ox horn instrument) player,Gerong Norbu, who just finished his set, came off the stage and had a couple of drinks with us.
