Experts consensus on diagnosis and treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease （2015）

摘要 咽喉反流与许多耳鼻咽喉头颈外科疾病密切相关,其引起的咽喉反流性疾病（laryngopharyngeal reflux disease,LPRD）症状和体征无特异性,国内外仍缺乏统一的诊断和治疗标准,在临床诊疗过程中存在认识不足或过度诊断、治疗不规范等情况.为此,国内咽喉科专家参考国内外诊疗文献,共同讨论制订本专家共识,目的是规范LPRD的诊断和治疗,为制订《咽喉反流性疾病的诊断与治疗指南》奠定基础.
