乳腺良性肿瘤行美容切口手术效果探讨

Investigation of operation results of cosmetic incision on benign breast tumor

目的：探讨美容切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取芮城县人民医院2013年5月至2014年5月收治的乳腺良性肿瘤患者100例，随机分为传统手术治疗组（对照组）与美容切口手术组（观察组），每组50例，比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组手术时间为（29.4±7.2）min，对照组为（26.2±8.3）min，差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）；观察组术后乳房对称率及满意率均为100%，对照组术后乳房对称率为70%，满意度为78%，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用美容切口对乳腺良性肿瘤患者行手术治疗，可有效提高术后对称率，最大程度减少瘢痕形成，利于保障术后美观度，最大限度降低复发率，患者依从性、满意度较高，有较高推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cosmetic incision on benign breast tumor. Methods From May 2013 to May 2014,One hundred patients with benign breast tumors were se-lected. They were divided into two groups randomly,traditional surgery treatment group（control group） and cosmetic incision surgery treatment group（observation group）,with 50 cases in each group. The effects were compared. Results The surgery time of observation group was（29. 4 ± 7. 2）min,and the surgery time of control group was（26. 2 ±8. 3）min,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉 0. 05）. The symmetry rate and satisfaction rate of observation group was 100% and 100% , while postoperative breast symmetry rate of control group was 70% ,degree of satisfaction rate was 78% , there were significant differences（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions It can effectively enhance postoperative symmetric rates and reduce maximum of scarring that application of cosmetic incision in treatment of pa-tients with benign breast tumors. It can help ensure postoperative cosmetic degrees and minimize recurrence rates. And patients’compliance and satisfaction degree are higher. It also has greater application value.
