乳果糖治疗对轻微肝性脑病患者血氨、肝功能及CHiLd-puGH评分的影响

Effects of lactulose therapy on blood ammonia,liver function and Child-pugh scores of patients with minimal he-patic encephalopathy

目的：探究轻微肝性脑病患者接受乳果糖治疗对其 CHiLd-puGH 评分、肝功能及血氨的影响。方法选取2012年5月至2015年4月三门峡市中心医院接收的轻微肝性脑病患者68例为研究对象，按照就诊顺序编号将其划分为实验组、对照组，分别行乳果糖疗法、思连康疗法，对比两组疗效。结果实验组行乳果糖治疗后血氨水平为（78.64±27.85）μmOL/L，低于对照组的（79.62±25.74）μmOL/L，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05），但CHiLd-puGH分级及肝功能较对照组无显著性改变（ P﹥0.05）。结论对轻微肝性脑病患者行乳果糖治疗能有效诱导血氨水平下降，改善其预后，值得临床积极借鉴。

Methods Sixty-eight patients With minimal hepatic en-cephalopathy admitted into the hospital from May 2012 to April 2015 Were selected as the research objects and Were divided into the experiment group and the control group according to the sequence number of treatment. The tWo groups Were re-spectively treated With lactulose therapy and SilianKang therapy and the curative effects of the tWo groups Were compared. Results The blood ammonia level of the experiment group after the lactulose therapy Was（78. 64 ± 27. 85）μmol/l,Which Was loWer than that of the control group[（79. 62 ± 25. 74）μmol/l]（P﹤0. 05）,but the Child-pugh scores and liver func-tion compared With the control group shoWed no significant difference（ P﹥0. 05 ）. Conclusions To treat patients With minimal hepatic encephalopathy With lactulose therapy can effectively induce the drop of blood ammonia levels,improve the prognosis and it is Worthy of actively clinical reference.
