应用双J管治疗宫颈癌根治术后上尿路梗阻致肾积水疗效研究

Effect of double-J ureteric stent placement on hydronephrosis caused by upper urinary tract obstruction of radical hysterectomy for cervical carcinoma

目的：探讨双J管支架治疗宫颈癌根治术后上尿路梗阻导致肾积水的疗效。方法22例宫颈癌根治术后并发上尿路梗阻并肾积水患者采用膀胱镜下置双J管术置入双J管并随访。结果22例患者均成功置入双J管支架，随访12～48个月，患者上尿路梗阻解除，术后肾积水消失或明显减少，肾功能得到保护。结论双J管支架置入术治疗宫颈癌根治术后上尿路梗阻并肾积水疗效确切，是治疗宫颈癌根治术后上尿路梗阻所致肾积水的理想方法。

objective To evaluate the clinical effect of double-J ureteric stent placement for hydronephrosis caused by upper urinary tract obstruction of radical hysterectomy for cervical carcinomas. Methods Placing double-J ure-teric stent by performing cystoscope into 22 patients of radical hysterectomy for cervical carcinomas With hydronephrosis caused by upper urinary tract obstruction and then folloW-up. Results TWenty-tWo patients Were treated for double-J ure-teric stent placement,the overall success rate Was 100%. During folloW-up after operation（ range 12-48 months）,22 ca-ses of ureteral obstructions Were removed,the degrees of hydronephrosis Were vanished or decreased obviously and renal functions Were protected. Conclusions Double-J ureteric stent placement in treatment of hydronephrosis caused by upper urinary tract obstruction is effective. It should be recommended for treatment of hydronephrosis caused by upper urinary tract obstruction of radical hysterectomy for cervical carcinoma.
