氨溴索联合小剂量肝素雾化吸入治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of ambroxol combined with low-dose heparin inhalation in the treatment of children with pediatric severe pneumonia

目的探讨小儿重症肺炎采用氨溴索联合小剂量肝素雾化吸入治疗的临床效果。方法选择2014年4月至2015年4月深圳市石岩人民医院收治的98例小儿重症肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规基础上联合应用氨溴索及小剂量肝素雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿发热、鼻翼扇动、紫绀、三凹征、肺部啰音等体征消失时间及治疗效果。结果观察组发热、鼻翼扇动、紫绀、三凹征、肺部啰音等临床体征消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为92.31%,显著优于对照组的78.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿重症肺炎联合应用氨溴索及小剂量肝素雾化吸入治疗,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol combined with low-dose heparin inhalation in the treat-ment of children with pediatric severe pneumonia. Methods Ninety-eight children with severe pneumonia from April 2014 to A-pril 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group combined use of ambroxol and small dose heparin aerosol inha-lation on the based of conventional treatment. The disappeared time of fever,nasal flap,cyanosis,three concave sign,pulmonary rales and therapeutic effect between the two groups were compared. Results The disappeared time of fever,nasal flap,cyano-sis,three concave sign,pulmonary rales of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 92. 31% ,it was significantly higher than that of the control group（78. 85% ）,the difference was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Combined application of ambroxol and small dose heparin aerosol inhalation for the treatment of children with severe pneumonia has a signifi-cant effect. It is worthy of clinical popularizing and applying.
