福建省法语人才需求调研及启示

Investigation of demand for French talents in Fujian Province and Its Enlightenment

为了解福建涉外经济对法语人才的需求情况,笔者就福建地方用人单位的法语相关岗位需求数量和岗位类型进行了调研,指出福建高校需以市场需求为导向,结合自身的特点改革和创新人才培养模式,以培育更多符合地方用人单位要求的法语人才,促进福建区域经济的发展。

To know the demand of the foreign-related of Fujian for French talents,the number and the types of posts related to French in local enterprises were investigated.It is pointed out that to foster more French talents and promote local economic development,Fujian colleges should set the French specialty based on market demand and its own characteristics,reform and innovate the training mode.
