摘要
高等职业教育本着"以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨"的办学方针,所有课程的开设都要服务于学生的就业和职业能力的构建。高职英语教学从EGP向ESP的转变不仅是由社会需求决定的,也是高职培养目标的具体体现。面对ESP教学给教师提出了更高要求,本文从拓宽知识结构、积累实践经验、构建专业团队、参与教学研究等方面探讨教师专业发展的途径。
Higher vocational education takes the principle of "employment orientation and servicing purpose ",so all the courses should serve for the employment and construction of practical ability of the students.English teaching in vocational colleges should transfer from EGP module to ESP module which is not only determined by social demands,but also as the embodiment of vocational training target.In the face of higher requirements,this paper aims to explore the ways of professional development among English teachers from following four aspects:expansion of professional fields;accumulation of practical experience;construction of professional team;participation in the study of teaching.
