德育与专业教育相融合的有效途径探索——举办大学生食品加工创意大赛的启示

育人是高校的根本任务,也是一个系统工程。德育是素质教育的灵魂和核心。实现德育与专业教育的融通,是新世纪高校发展和德育创新的内在要求。德育可以通过校园文化、社会实践、等途径与专业教育相融合,承办专业性大赛就是有效途径之一。笔者通过在学院开展大学生食品加工创意大赛打造的多元化实践教学。通过大赛实现高效培养人才对于社会的参与性,提高学生的实践水平及从业能力,来探索德育与专业教育相融合的有效途径。本文就此次大赛的成效、对学生的启示与对本科生与研究生之间起到的积极作用展开论述。

education isthe fundamental task of colleges and universities,but also a system engineering.Moral education is the soul and core of quality education.The integration of moral education and professional education is the inherent requirement of the development of the new century and the innovation of moral education.Moral education through the campus culture,social practice and other ways,combined with professional education, one of the professional competition is the effective way to.The author through diversified practice teaching to develop the students creative contest in the College of food processing to create.Through the competition to achieve efficient cultivation of talents for social participation,and improve the students＇practical ability and professional level,to explore effective ways of the integration of moral education and professional education.In this paper, the contest results of students＇inspiration and positive role to play between undergraduate and graduate students are discussed.
