Remuneration relates to the vital interests of workers,and it affects the stability of the society.With the rapid economic development in Yangzhou City,the proportion of low-paid labor also leads to many economic imbalances and social problems.The report from the empirical perspective,proposes methods to improve the share of labor remuneration in Yangzhou city,and improves people＇s livelihood.
