摘要
劳动报酬占比关系劳动者的切身利益,影响社会的和谐与稳定。伴随着扬州市经济的快速发展,劳动报酬占比偏低也带来系列经济失衡和社会问题。该报告从实证研究的角度,有针对性的提出提高扬州市劳动报酬在初次分配中比重的对策建议,保障收入分配的公平正义,促进扬州市民生问题持续改善。
Remuneration relates to the vital interests of workers,and it affects the stability of the society.With the rapid economic development in Yangzhou City,the proportion of low-paid labor also leads to many economic imbalances and social problems.The report from the empirical perspective,proposes methods to improve the share of labor remuneration in Yangzhou city,and improves people's livelihood.
