在国家大力倡导创新创业的氛围下,土建类高职院校大学生创新创业训练的开展工作却困难重重,效果不尽人意,要改变目前困境,让创新创业教育深入土建类高职院校的师生,从根本上还是要建立强有力的机制保障措施:建立组织保障、经费保障和师资保障措施、建立校企合作联动机制、政策支持、课程体系保障和评价体系机制,以确保创新创业训练项目能切实地帮助学生提高创业能力、创新能力和其他综合职业能力。
