简析大学生职业生涯规划和就业指导的关系

A brief analysis on the relationship between College Students' career planning and career guidance

随着国内经济的快速发展,市场经济体系的不断完善,知识经济时代的高速覆盖及21世纪网络信息的普及,国内各大企业现代化基础设施逐步落实,就人才补给发展管理方面更为严格,然而国内当前高等院校实施高素质、低培养或高培养、低素质的"文化缺陷"教育,使刚刚迈出大学校门的莘莘学子们很难适应市场及公司需求,进而造成众多大学生学无所用,用失所缘的紊乱现象。因此,当代大学应届毕业生的就业、职业规划问题成为社会能否稳定发展的重要课题之一。本文针对就业指导研究对大学生制定职业生涯规划的作用进行阐述与分析。
