浅谈建筑工程中桩基础技术的应用

随着建筑行业发展进步,各项施工技术也在不断创新提升,其中又以桩基础技术的发展最为显著。桩基础在建筑工程施工中逐步衍化出了多种形式,包括桩孔灌注桩、挖孔桩和静压桩等。桩基础技术在高层建筑项目工程施工中运用很多,对整体建筑的施工质量和安全具有十分重要的影响。本文首先对建筑工程桩基础的意义和技术条件作了简要分析,并对桩基础技术常见的三种技术做了概述,具体分析这些技术的实际应用,最后探讨了桩基础技术应用中有哪些条件是需要考虑的。

w ith the development and progress of the construction industry,the construction technology is also in constant innovation and improvement,and the development of the pile foundation technology is the most significant.The pile foundation in the construction engineering construction gradually evolved a variety of forms,including pile pile,hole pile and pile etc.Pile foundation technology in high-rise building projects in the construction of many,the overall construction of the construction quality and safety has a very important impact.This paper briefly analyzes the significance and technical conditions of the foundation of c onstruction engineering,and gives an overview of the three techniques of pile foundation.
