Peasant Movement of Cutting Rent and Interest Rate in Lunan Anti-Japanese Base

鲁南抗日根据地的减租减息运动大致经历了三个阶段:1938年5月至1942年4月为减租减息运动初步开展阶段;1942年5月至1943年9月为运动曲折发展阶段;1943年10月至1945年8月为查减运动深入开展阶段。鲁南抗日根据地的减租减息运动,削弱了封建势力,改善了群众生活,提高了农民地位,改变了农村精神风貌,调动了农民抗日和生产的积极性,对于赢得抗战胜利,产生了十分重要的影响和作用。

During the Anti- Japanese War, Cutting Rent and Interest Rate in Lunan Base had gone through three stages： May 1938 to April 1942 for the initial stage; May 1942 to September 1943 for the circuitous development stage; October 1943 to August 1945 for investigation of the campaign in full swing phase.Peasant Movement of Cutting Rent and Interest Rate in Lunan Anti-Japanese Base had weakened the feudal forces, improved the lives of the masses and the status of farmers, changed the rural spirit, mobilized the enthusiasm of the peasants for war and production, and produced a very important the influence and role for winning the victory of the war of resistance against Japan.
