以经济学和社会学为视角,研究分析计划生育政策调整对经济欠发达地区经济社会发展可能带来的风险。借鉴日本、韩国及台湾地区规避生育政策调整带来风险的先进经验,结合经济欠发达地区的区情和特点,积极提出对策,切实规避风险,促进人口政策与经济社会发展和谐相融。

in this paper, the risk of family planning policy adjustment on the economic and social development of economic less-developed region is studied from the perspective of economics and sociology.The advanced experience of Japan, Korea and Taiwan in evading the risks incurred by childbearing policy adjustment is used for reference, and the specific conditions and characteristics in economic less-developed regions are considered to actively put forward countermeasures, practically avoid risk, and promote the harmony between population policy and social and economic development.
