近年来,随着现代信息技术的快速发展,新媒体从业人员的数量越来越多,他们在促进社会和谐发展及实现中国梦中的地位和作用也不容忽视。文章以实地调研为基础,对当前新媒体从业人员统战工作面临的困境作了客观的描述。并结合实际,提出了加强新媒体从业人员统战工作的对策及建议,这对于拓展统战工作新领域具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。

In recent years, more and more new media employees have come out and they play a more and more important role for promoting the harmonious development of society and coming true of China dream.Based on the investigation of the living conditions of new media employees, this paper introduces a series of problems and difficulties that new media employees are faced with. On the basis of analysis and study, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening united front work of new media employees are put forward, which has very important theoretical and practical significance to open up new field of the united front work.
