组织创新文化对创新型人才思维特征作用机理实证研究

Tissue Culture of Innovation Impact on Innovative Talents' Characteristic of Thought and Its Mechanism

利用安徽省高等院校等单位86个组织212名个体的调查数据进行实证分析,探索了组织创新文化对创新型人才学习行为、思维特征影响及作用机理。研究结果表明,组织创新文化对创新型人才学习行为与思维特征各维度存在一定正相关,学习行为对发散思维的影响大于对聚合思维的影响;学习广度在组织物质创新文化、制度精神创新文化和发散思维、聚合思维之间是部分中介作用;学习深度在组织物质创新文化和发散思维、聚合思维之间无中介作用,在制度精神创新文化和发散思维之间是部分中介作用,在制度精神创新文化和聚合思维之间是完全中介作用;问题意识在组织物质创新文化、制度精神创新文化和发散思维、聚合思维之间是部分中介作用。

In this paper,we use the date of 86 tissues and 212 individualities to make the empirical study,the result shows that： ⅰ） learning behavior is positively related to both dimimensions of innovative talents＇ characteristic of thought and learning behavior,the impact of learning behavior is more conductive to divergent thinking than convergent thinking; ⅱ） the breadth of learning partly mediates the relationship between material culture,system and spirit culture, divergent thinking and convergent thinking; ⅲ）Material culture the depth of learning Material culture Material culturehas no mediating role between material culture,divergent thinking and convergent thinking,partly mediates the relationship between system and spirit culture and divergent thinking,while entirely mediates the relationship between system and spirit culture and convergent thinking; ⅳ） problem consciousness partly mediates the relationship between material culture, system and spirit culture, divergent thinking and convergent thinking.
