Psychological rehabilitation strategies of College Counselors Based on the theory of psychological self-help

本文对高校辅导员角色多重、事务繁杂、地位不高、教育效果不明显等原因引起的心理健康问题进行了分析,提出了构建高校辅导员心理健康自助体系的方案,帮助辅导员正确认识自我,改变自我,培养辅导员认识自我、教育自我和发展自我的能力,进一步提高辅导员心理健康素养,增强大学生思想政治教育实效性。

This paper analyzes the psychological health problems caused by the multiple parts,complex affairs,low status and the unobvious educational effects of college counselors and put forward a scheme of constructing the mental health self-help system for college counselors. This scheme could help them to understand themselves correctly,to change themselves and to cultivate their abilities of self awareness,self education and self development in order to improve college counselors,mental health literacy and enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of College students.
