LTE wireless network has a higher demand on bandwidth, interface, time delay, QoS, security, operation and maintenance management. How to build an efficient load bearing network, realize the unified load carrying capacity of GSMAVCDMA/LTE and reduce OPEX and CAPEX, become the most important problem of LTE carrying network. This paper focuses on the pre planning principle of mobile carrier network in LTE era, and discusses how to improve the performance of IPRAN as a mobile carrier network.
