辽宁省精神分裂症患者发锰改变的研究

Study on the change of Micro-element(Mn)in the schizophrenic’s hair in liaoning province.

本文用原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定了来自辽南、辽北、辽西、辽东地区的精神分裂症患者153名和健康人172名头发中锰(Mn)元素的含量。经统计发现:患者的发锰含量非常显著地低于健康人(P<0.001)。而男女分裂症患者之间,发锰含量未见有显著性差异。

The result sh-ows that the amount of Mn in the schi-zophrenic's hair is obviously lower thanthat in the healthy people's hair (p<0.001), but there is no significant diffe-rence between the male and femaleschizophrenic patients.
