以精品课程建设带动城市地下空间工程专业教学团队建设的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Teaching Team Construction for Urban Underground Space Engineering Major Driven by Excellent Courses

本文结合专业特点,提出以精品课程建设为契机,发挥精品课程的示范带动作用,通过精品课程及其他专业主干课程的教学研讨和经验交流,推动整个专业课程整体教学能力和水平的提高,并结合人才引进青年教师培养计划,最终促进城市地下空间工程专业教学团队建设的设想,进一步围绕该设想提出了实施方案和主要措施,并对建设的实践成效和社会反响进行了总结,结果表明该设想是切实可行的,可供其他专业推广借鉴。

Combined with the characteristics of the major, this paper proposes a proposal to promote the teaching team construction for urban undergraduate space engineering major with the construction of excellent courses as the opportunity. In the proposal, we should give play to the exemplary role of excellent courses based on talent introduction and young teachers training,in order to improve the overall teaching ability and level of the whole major through teaching discussions and experience exchanges of excellent courses and other main courses of the major.Revolving around the proposal, we further propose the implementation scheme and main measures, and summarize the practical effect and social response of the construction. It is proved that the proposal is feasible and can serve as an inspiration to other majors.
