大众创业、万众创新。作为服务地方经济建设的高等职业院校,实用型、技能型人才的培养是根本任务。新形势下,高职院校要顺应时代需求,努力破解人才培养模式的难题,本文试以学生能力的培养为切入点,就人才培养模式的改革与创新问题展开探讨。

In the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, to serve local economic construction, higher vocational colleges should take the cultivation of applied and technical talents as their fundamental task. Under the new situation, higher vocational colleges should conform to the needs of the times,striving to solve the problems in talent cultivation model. With ability cultivation as the breakthrough point, this paper attempts to explore the reform and innovation of talent cultivation model.
