摘要
印刷品颜色的均匀性是长期困扰印刷工业和造纸行业的技术难题,本文通过构建印刷斑纹的数学模型,利用MATLAB对数学模型进行实现,最后通过对照人眼的视觉系统验证这个模型的正确性和可行性。试验结果发现,采用本文方法建立的斑纹评价模型,对相纸的评价效果较好,同样的颜色实地的斑纹值总比平网的斑纹值要小,而且二次色红色的斑纹值要比组成它的任一原色的斑纹值大。
The uniformity of printing color has always been a technical problem troubling the printing industry and the papermaking industry. By establishing the mathematical model of printing stripe, this paper uses MATLAB to realize the mathematical model, and finally verifies the correctness and feasibility of the model by comparing it with human visual system. It is found in the result that the stripe evaluation model established by the method in this paper can well evaluate printing paper. With the same color, the real value of stripe is always smaller than that of flat screen, and the value of red stripe of secondary color is larger than any other primary colors.
