幼儿园转岗教师职业适应现状研究

摘要 本文采用访谈法和观察法对四名幼儿园转岗教师进行了研究,从转岗教师职业技能技巧适应、环境适应、人际关系适应和心理适应方面进行了调查,发现存在许多问题,分析了原因,从转岗教师自身方面、幼儿园方面和国家政策方面提出解决对策,以期帮助幼儿园转岗教师尽快适应幼儿园的工作生活,促进专业成长。 Through interview and observation, this paper made a research on four transferred kindergarten teachers, investigating their adaptation to occupational skills and techniques, environment, interpersonal relationships and psychological changes, and found many problems. We then analyzed the causes of the problems and put forward coping strategies from the perspectives of transferred teachers themselves, kindergartens and national policies, hoping to help transferred kindergarten teachers adapt to kindergarten work and life as soon as possible and promote their professional development.
