试论高职院校“德能”文化育人体系的构建

On the Establishment of the Education System Based on "Morality-Ability" Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges

校园文化是高校教育理念和人才培养目标的集中体现,加强高校校园文化建设,构建以"德能"文化为核心的文化育人体系是新形势下坚持立德树人,改进和加强高职院校思想政治工作的客观要求。本文结合高职院校校园文化建设现状,对如何构建"德能"文化育人体系从四个不同角度进行了深入分析和思考。

Campus culture is the concentrated embodiment of college education ideas and talent cultivation objectives. Under the new situation, in order to promote moral cultivation and enhance ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges,we should strengthen college campus culture construction and establish a culture-based education system centered by ＂morality-ability＂ culture. Combined with the current situation of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, this paper makes a deep analysis on how to construct the education system based on ＂morality-ability＂ culture from four different perspectives.
