职业院校校企合作绩效评价指标评析

Comment on the Performance Evaluation of University-Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Colleges

国家对职业教育的政策导向使职业院校又迎来了新的发展机遇,而国家对职业教育的定位是培养高技能人才,这就要求学校与企业进行深度合作,共同培养人才。由此,校企合作评价体系的构建成为学者研究的热点,本文在总结学者已有研究的基础上提出对构建校企合作绩效评价指标的一点建议。

The national policy guidance of vocational education has brought new opportunities to the development of vocational colleges, and the national positioning of vocational education is to cultivate highly technical talents, which requires deep university-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation. Thus, the construction of an evaluation system for university-enterprise cooperation has become a hot spot of academic research. This paper summarizes the existing studies and puts forward some recommendations for constructing the performance evaluation index for university-enterprise cooperation.
