摘要
近年来,技术化以及网络化的技术革命正在催促着生产生活的改变和进步。就是在这种背景下,一些国家开始进行教育模式改革,从传统的单纯学校教育转变到近些年的学校和企业相互联合的教育模式[1]。中国现阶段社会比较凸显的社会矛盾就集中表现在社会需求的实践能力强、技术能力卓越的人才与实际情况下理论教育更普遍的社会现状相互矛盾。本文就是在这种人才供不应求的背景之下,对校企合作模式进行研究,同时指出现阶段我国校企合作模式的问题和弊端,在此基础上提出可行的建设性意见。
In recent years, the technology-based and network-based technological reform is urging the change and progress of production and life. In this background, some countries are starting education model reform which aims to transform the traditional mere college education to college-enterprise cooperation education[1]. The relatively prominent social contradiction in today's China is mainly the contradiction between the social demands for talents with strong practical ability and excellent technical ability and the pervading theoretical education in the current vocational colleges. Therefore, this paper studies the college-enterprise cooperation model, points out the current problems and shortcomings of the model in China, and then proposes some feasible recommendations.
