This paper summarizes and researches Rural Education Achievement Program（REAP） from the background of its formation, the channels of financial aid for it, the situation and effect of its implementation, and its characteristics and experience, and finally explores the beneficial experience that can be learned from it in China＇s rural education development based on our national conditions.
