新形势下科学发展观对高职院校党建工作提出了新的要求,高职院校的党建工作对于人才培养的整体素质和质量有着非常重要的意义,二者相辅相成,应该实现良性互动。深刻理解、准确把握党建工作与人才培养质量之间的关系,注重协调发展,寻求新思路,探索新理念,是目前高职院校党建工作亟需解决的挑战性问题。

The scientific outlook on development has put forward new requirements for Party construction in higher vocational colleges under the new situation. Party construction is of great significance for the overall quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and they complement each other, so they should interact with each other effectively. Currently, it is a challenging issue that higher vocational colleges should accurately grasp the relationship between Party construction and talent cultivation,pay attention to collaborative development, and seek new ideas for Party construction.
