摘要
近年来,伴随着人才强国战略的深入实施,我国高校均纷纷出台人才强校的战略、规划,抓住机遇谋求高层次人才。传统的理工科院校要建设有自己特色的文科学院,实现国内一流、世界知名的高水平研究型大学,必须要做到人才引进意识的前瞻性、人事管理的国际化、区别对待自然科学和人文社会科学人才评价体系。
In recent years, with the in-depth implementation of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development, China's colleges and universities have introduced the strategy and plan of reinvigorating colleges and universities through human resource development, in order to seize the opportunity and seek high-level talents. To build colleges of liberal arts with their own characteristics and thereby construct world-renowned high-level research-oriented universities, traditional colleges and universities of science and technology must be proactive in talent introduction, carry out international personnel management, and make a difference between the talent evaluation system of natural science and that of humanistic and social science.
